The Nominations Committee meets in January of odd-numbered years to select a slate of Alpha State officers and members of the Finance Committee, Eula Lee Carter Memorial Fund Committee, and Nominations Committee. They select, as well, a continuing member of the Nominations Committee. These officer and committee nominees are presented for vote at the Alpha State Convention. The members of the Nominations Committee also present a workshop at the state convention and provide materials for area workshops.
