Constitution and Bylaws Committee

The Constitution and ByLaws Committee keeps members alert to and informed about the provisions of the Constitution and other governing documents. This committee receives proposals for amending the governing documents and makes recommendations for changes. After each International Convention at which changes are made, the committee sees that state official documents are in compliance. Each member of the committee plans a presentation for their own area workshop.
The Proposed Revision of the Texas State Bylaws and the proposed Texas State Rules are now available for members to peruse. Please take time to read them carefully and encourage your chapter members to read them. The documents will be presented for discussion and approval at the state convention in Austin in June.
