The function of this special committee is to collect the biographies of all the Past State Presidents since 1991 so that the second edition of Alpha State, Texas Past State Presidents may be published. The first edition contains twenty-eight biographies. This committee will collect and preserve the additional biographies until an appropriate number for the second edition has been collected.
