The Archives Committee is responsible for locating, organizing, and preserving the memorabilia of Alpha State and of each local chapter. These archives are primarily housed at Texas Woman's University; however, there are also several items at headquarters in Dallas. The committee is responsible for maintaining the inventories at both locations and for helping chapters set up their own archives.
